BSensHockeyLive will be streaming whatever comes through on my CBC cable feed. Please put me down for Ottawa / NYR but I may have to change that depending on what comes through at gametime.

I'll also stream CHI / PHX.

Edit: NM - I see that Ottawa / NYR will come through on MSG so one way or another I'm streaming that game.

new hardware and software set-up on J's Analog Cable. this is my first attempt to do 650k on that new machine. feedback on pic quality/smoothness appreciated. stream will be up on CBC all day.

Here's some feedback: Picture and sound are great and stream is runnig smooth at 80 + % buffering.
Thanks for the upgraded stream !

And the cooking show is making me hungry !

Edit: btw It's very stable and 76% buffer avg. Looks good even on 42 inch TV

thanks, flash & all blacks. it had to be a trade-off to make the switch from WMV9 to VC-1: with the new encoding, i couldn't keep the same pic-size without maxing out my CPU. when the CPU maxes, it causes frames to drop--making the picture jerky. so had to go down to 360x270, but hopefully that will take care of the frame dropping issue. (the real test will come when the game starts, because the fast motion is what pushes the frame rate the hardest.)

the thing is, VC-1 is so far superior to WMV9 that i think it looks better even at the lower resolution.

don't i know it! unfortunately, the CBC never seems to cover the pens in the playoffs until they make it all the way to the finals--and i don't get TSN.

The audio feed is excellent but the picture stops and starts. Last night the picture quality was better for the Vancouver game.

I do appreciate you making the CBC feed available and am only giving feedback because you requested it!
