As your stream is already on, I'm trying to give a little feedback: Buffer differs strong between 50 an 65 % frequent short freezes and pixelation.
My Bandwidth is 50 MB down and 10 MB upload.

I don't know if everyone that is watching this stream have the same problem with the buffering problem at 50%. But it seems like the quality is really really high, maybe if you could somehow lower the quality to take away the lag? =)

can any of you guys tell me what the bandwidth of the Rata-Sop is? i'm streaming myself so I can't check it.

just open the stream in the external player of your choice (WMP, VLC, etc) and check the stream properties.

but if it is as high as you say, that would explain it. any viewer who has less than 2Mbps UPload will act as a leecher, degrading the stream for all.

Its 4000 K...ive seen sopcast handle upwards of 3000, but this just aint gonna happen...would be a great stream if streamer could drop the bit rate to say, 2500k

Sorry for late reply I had to run out just got back. seems I have lots of peeps with bad upstream connected. my source is still running 100 % but the quality of channel declined cause of peeps with low upstream it's running @ 2800 right now I will lower to to 1800 and switch to wmv format to make it watchable for more peeps.

that would be great i think i tried to watch el clasico from ur stream earlier this year and had the same buffering issues and couldnt watch it, reducing the bitrate certainly would do me a favor, thx

thanks for the reply, no worries about it being late. i know streamers have lives, too . yeah, most people don't have near enough upstream BW to support a 2800k p2p stream. sopcast does manage the peers pretty well, but it can only do so much.
