Many thanks for replying but unfortunately I get an error message saying that I have not specified an out put file. Please forgive me but I am not the most gifted when it comes to technical stuff, I am more a nuts and bolts man so I apologise if I appear stupid its not intentional.

I have worked it out now I just added location of the file on my laptop to the end of the link you gave and hey presto all is wonderous with the world again. Many thanks. May I ask if you have any other Irish TV links like TV3, 3E or TG4.

Ok...
Unzip the batch file, and move it to the folder where your rtmpdump.exe is in.
Fingers crossed!

To stop all this sh!t rtmpdump and vlc need to be set as a environment/system variable

I have rtmpdump.exe in a folder, do I just need to put the BAT file above in the same folder and then open it?

Do yourself a favor and put the rtmpdump.exe in your System32 Folder then just run any of these tv batch files from anywhere...
