Correct. There was a thread " Films - just request " and the members could share links. Is the thread still there or has it moved somewhere else ?

Looks like you found it, it's still there but as it didn't have any posts in the last 9 days then it might have been on page 2 or 3 of the general chat section

Hm, no. The name of the Thread really was " Films...just request " and i remember Riise used to help out here and there. + The General Chat section has only 20 Threads.

Not sure then, we had some spammers so removed some threads from those. Might have been we accidentaly removed other threads, but not sure either as then some normal users should also have been banned and removed and didn't get any notices of that either. Maybe someone else knows...

I think this is the thread you mean.

Hasn't been posted ior over 8 months, so you would need to change your search settings to find it. There are hundreds of threads in General Chat. The number you see depends on hoiw you have your Profile settings.

Allright, lads. The "Default Thread Age Cut Off" was set to default, so i could not see all threads available. Thanks for the advice !

I would propose to extend the time the streams list appears before a match to at least 2, better 5 hours.
Sometimes I plan to stay home for a match and then an hour before the game see that there are only very poor streams.
Same applies to inviting friends to watch, which is only worth it if there are good streams. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback and I understand your reasons to have it earlier, but we've implemented the 1 hour rule for all kind of different reasons. We think 1 hour is good to show on time which streams are available. As most streams (especially on sopcast) show up shortly to kickoff so even if we make it available earlier it won't help that much either, as you can't connect earlier to watch the quality or the channel. Besides that, even a good channel from 2 days ago can have lower quality the next day. So quality can change every time, scheduled streams can be offline or last minute high quality streams might show up. You can always ask it of course and then we will reply in the daily thread with the current info at that time, but then still things can change. Making things available earlier won't change that. It only can lead to false expectations about channels being available. As you might know already for most big games/events decent streams are available, for smaller games it can be different. So If you don't have a problem with uncertainty then stay home to watch it on your pc.

Would someone be kind enough to explain to me how the member description under each posters name changes or gets upgraded? Is it based on
the length of membership or No of posts made? I don't have an issue with mine, just curious that's all.

Sure; it's based on the number of posts. Below is the overview of amount of posts needed to get a specific user title/description;

User Title Minimum Posts Controls
New Member 0
Junior Member 50
Regular Member 200
Senior Member 500
Star Member 1000
Posting Legend 2500
Wiziwig Addict 5000

That's how it is at the moment. And if you've got more then 10.000 posts then you can choose your own member title
