    Default Internet connection

I hope I have this question in the right section, as I have searched through the forum looking for a similar question without any success.

I am in the UK & I will be changing my internet supplier in the near future and Sk y are one of the suppliers I am considering.

My question is, baring in mind a lot of their output is being streamed, do they block you from using Sopcast ect?

I would appreciate fellow UK residents to offer some advice on who is the best supplier and who is most likely to give me a headache in downloading streams ect.

    Cheers,

I wouldn't exclude it...you better think of broadband first.

Sky are fine from that point of view, they are one of the few genuinely unlimited broadcasters. Their technical 'help' on the other hand.. not good. I am considering switching back to them if they roll out fibre, currently with Be who are awesome (although also sadly lacking fibre. )

Also take into consideration Sky also uses BT's network so if you have a sh!t line with BT you'll still have the same sh!t line with Sky something to do with the exchange...
