try change the resolution to fit your needs

your input resolution should be the same as it shown in the info tab
like Video width: 424 Video Height: 239

Guys this works fine for me. The web broadcaster looks similar to FME so easy to use. Play with the size width and height to make it fit.

    I have two problems:

    - Most of the time the broadcast doesn't start from Firefox. I click broadcast and there is no stream in the viewer ("Channel not online"). I need to try like 20 times before it starts.

    - For whatever reason input size always seem to be 320x240, although my ManyCam is set to 800x600?

If you could solve these problems this stuff would be phenomenal. I prefer simple p2p for scalability and there is no server overload, drops, cuts and problems.

hmm i cannot repoduce this problem maybe you open peer-stream.com with www.peer-stream.com ? or the broadcaster link ? try without www

test with camera resultion 1024x768 in the broadcaster
the broadcaster should use the next fitting 4:3 resolution

yes you see this in the info tab
    Neighbors (count/estimated): 10 / 100

first number is the count you direct connected and second are all users for this channel

We've had a huge event last night and streaming was fine! Now if we could just increase the initial quality somehow...

Do you plan on adding some advertising, possibly a revenue share with your ads? This way you could earn a % from broadcasters and you would also give broadcasters the incentive to stream and get paid.
