Recording (and setting up times to record) on flash sites?

Is this even possible? I recently took a job where I'm going to be missing a lot of European-time sporting events. These events (tennis to be exact but potentially anything) tend to only be found on flash sites rather than p2p.

So would it be possible to record such streams, and more specifically, set up times in advance to record if I have the URL of the flash site?

If this is possible, can someone point me to a reference guide? I tried searching but it brought up a lot of links that are still backlinked to the old defunct forum. Thanks in advance for anyone's help!

You need some type of recording software 1st like rtmpdump, getflv, StreamTransport,Replay Media Catcher etc...
