Great run and low ball in from Walcott, good turn and finish by Van Persie, 1-1.

If Arsenal win tonight, they will be the first team ever to win four Premier League games in a row after coming from behind.
    Mental strength.

Just think a few weeks ago the media etc were questioning Mr Wenger and his tactics. How wrong can you be. Yes they may not have won any cups in recent times but they play football the right way and as a natural enjoy watching them.

Playing some really nice stuff in attack tonight. Walcott and AOC are doing well and RvP is...well...being RvP. Good stuff

Santon might have to head for the dressing rooms if you ask me, Walcott is murdering him.

Bacary Sagna. For me one of, if not the best RBs in the world. He's playing awesomely.

What exactly does Obertan bring to this Newcastle side? I've never seen him have a good game. As for Sagna moss, top player and much missed this season and some of last by your lot.

Only Adebayor (10) and Valencia (9) have more Premier League goal assists from open play than Theo Walcott (8) this season.
15 - Since the start of 2010-11, only 3 players (Nani, D Silva & A Young) have provided more PL assists than Theo Walcott. Effective.
This is one of the reasons I can't agree with those who call him clueless and think we need to get rid of him.
    (Stats from @Orbinho & @OptaJoe respectively)

Howard Webb is just a terrible referee.

Nice open half of football that, Arsenal look to have more purpose about them but Newcastle have stood strong so far. Should be a great 2nd half too.

1-1, all Arsenal really. Things got less exciting after the 2 goals one after the other. Newcastle back in numbers, apparently they have had more possession but it doesn't feel like it. Sense another Arsenal goal, but not lots of them.

Decent first half, we looked like we were gonna run away with it for a while after the goal but Newcastle are working hard and limiting our chances. There's more goals in this game, at least one more for each team I'd say.

    COME ON ARSENAL!!!

    This.

We've been alright, but as we know the second half is our time.

Arteta, AOC and Walcott need to do a little more for my liking.
