What do you mean by "HD PCI tv tuner connecting to my cable digibox"? You can´t connect a set-top box to a pci-card. You just put a coaxial-cable right into the pci-card.

I´m using a technisat cablestar hd2 and it works great. AFAIK the Digital Everywhere FloppyDTV is still considered to be the best card (expensive, though).
