Floyd Mayweather Jr. is poised to run his already impressive record to 43-0 next weekend in Las Vegas, less than a month before he is scheduled to serve a 90-day jail term for domestic abuse on June 1.
Mayweather will take on the younger and heavier Puerto Rican challenger Miguel Cotto, who will be defending his WBA junior middleweight title, a rare crown that Mayweather doesn't currently hold.

The fight is scheduled for 12 rounds Saturday, May 5 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, the arena where Mayweather has won his previous five fights dating back to his epic showdown with Oscar De La Hoya five years ago to the day (May 5, 2007).
