Recording live stream on wiziwig

Could someone give me an easy tutorial so i can record live streaming ( sport) from any of wiziwig's streams ???
When using sopcast software i have no problem it is pretty straightforward but when it a flash streaming, i tried the software advertise and i can't set it up properly
