Windows 7 streaming problems with st:// file url

Hi,
I changed my OS from windows XP to windows 7, using opera browser and streamtorrent to watch MLB. Now when I click on the livestram player (BBU) opera can't open url and torrent is not open up.
Who can help? Is it maybe a problem with windows7 and st:// files?
