i need a new laptop 4 the new season vlc is fine on dvds but my laptop now will not play game from sopcast on vlc it struggles on high bit rate games, my laptop now is EI System 1412 but with 2 gig ram,

what are the things that i will need im looking at £350 max.

yea, it might just be on vlc's end. The newer version ALWAYS stutters on high bitrate streams, might need to do some googling
