Default Sopcast down "Cannot Access Sopcast Service"

Hi guys I've been having numerous problems with sopcast for past 2 days keep getting that message "cannot access sopcast service", I've tried everything rebooting, reinstalling, checked for files blocked through norton 360 antivirus, It just always seems to go down early evening here in Australia. Does anyone have any idea whats going on with sopcast lately? Any help appreciated, also I'm using windows 7. Thnx.

I have had similar problems, also from Australia. I fixed it (I think) by logging in with an actual registered account, rather than anonymously. It seemed to work instantly with a registered account, and wouldn't work when I went back to loggin in anonymously. It could just be coincidence, but seems to have worked for me.

I just signed up with sopcast but still get message "cannot access sopcast service" when connecting to channels such as digisport 2, eurosport etc. Also I downloaded sopcast again from their site but doesn't seem to make much difference and other night sopcast worked perfectly. Is it possible to change service port from 3902?
