Since this is my 3rd straight year of streaming the seachickens, i figured it was about time to start a thread.

This is the place to discuss all things hawks. and come by on sundays during the game and say HI!


PS. Once again this year, I will be streaming the Seahawks weekly wrap-up show on KING 5, immediately following Sunday Night Football. This year, they've got a new one called "The 5th Quarter," hosted by Paul Silvi and Warren Moon. I'll try to stream it every week.

Awesome and thanks miahjj!! I moved to Canada 12 years ago from Seattle and haven't been able to really be the 12th man very well. I have been watching and loving my Hawks since the Zorn days!

How about the new Uniforms? Love 'em or hate 'em? I didnt like them at first, but after that Dallas game, they are really growing on me. I took a stillshot of that Golden Tate hit, and put it on my desktop.

as far as the commentary, i must say, that now that michelle holmgren is gone, i don't hate the chickens quite so much as i used to. in fact, i have a little love-hate thing for pete carroll, so i've been secretly wishing them well since he came on board. and when i saw they drafted russell wilson, it made me a fan (almost.)

paypal?--what's that? if that's some sort of digital money transfer service, forget about it... i don't do this for money: i do it for fun, for the love of sports, for the fans, and to stick it to the networks, leagues, cable companies, etc that try to dictate to the fans what games they can watch--and how much money they'll have to pay! man, russell has thrown several balls in this game that have been right on the money--hit the receivers in the hands--but like rabble pointed out, there's no seperation, the D-backs are knockin' 'em out

I have a really good friend down in Florida who is a huge Packer's fan, I am having fun antagonizing him on facebook. I hope the 'Hawks keep it up in the second half, cuz I really dont like eating crow.

I really dont like that coach didn't run the 2 minute drill. We got the ball with 2.28 left in the half, and they just pounded the ball forward with Lynch. I would have liked to see at least some effort to run a 2 minute drill, if for nothing else than because RW needs experience in the 2 minute drill.

he did the right thing. seahawks leading, and they were backed so deep in their own end--no need to risk a safety, or worse, a sack/strip when you've got the lead already.

pete has learned through experience that that risky crap he used to do all the time at Southern Cal isn't worth it in the pros... you kick the field goals, you punt, unless you're desperate. if the situation isn't desperate, you do the "conservative" thing so you don't end up beating yourself. (ask sweater vest, cowher, or joe-pa)
