Just been having a search about Tony and it seems a bit of a mission impossible, I found this link in the Netherlands that have an address and email, might be worth giving them a buzz and see if they can point you in the right direction.
Might even be worth downloading a similar models manual as they may be pretty much alike in terms of usage.

don't think either of those is the model number mate, first one seems to be a safety marking and the second a batch number from manufacture./distribution from the random stuff coming up on google.
    There is no truth
And I may not be interested in your opinion

Try emailing the addy on tottenham's link. Most Dutch people speak enough english to at least reply to you. If they can only give you a Dutch manual, I speak fluent (if rusty!) Dutch and I'm prepared to help with translating.
Edit: Just seen the firm is based in Enschede - hope the manual will be in proper Dutch and not that horrible dialect!

    Good luck lad!

Totally agree with Twiggster, I deal with a few Dutch people and it's rare to find any business people who don't speak English. I'm sure if you contact the company on T28's link they will be able to help you. Good luck.
